Visiting Singapore's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hubs: Exploring New Opportunities for Cross-Border Collaboration

From August 29 to 31, Baotian accompanied the Macao Chief Executive’s delegation on a series of study visits in Singapore. The group visited the National University of Singapore, Raffles Hospital, and Life Science Incubator+ (a co-creation bioscience laboratory) to conduct field research and engage in discussions regarding scientific research collaboration and clinical applications in the broad health sector.1.jpg

During the visit, Wu Haoyuan, founder of the Baotian'an brand, accompanied the delegation to Raffles Hospital and the Co-Creation Biotechnology Laboratory. There, he gained insights into Singapore's latest advancements in precision medicine, biopharmaceutical R&D, and translational medicine, while observing firsthand the local models for commercializing scientific research outcomes. At the National University of Singapore, Baotian'an engaged with university research teams to learn about the institution's strategic research focus in the fields of biotechnology and health sciences.2.jpgSingapore demonstrates impressive research capabilities and clinical translation expertise in the fields of biomedicine and health technology. This visit provided the brand with valuable insights for exploring potential collaborations with Singaporean research institutions. Drawing on its own R&D experience with probiotics and nutritional products catering to all age groups, Baotian focuses on the specific nutritional and health needs of the Southeast Asian market; it is incorporating the industry intelligence gathered during this visit into its overseas market analysis to inform future product planning for the ASEAN region.3新加坡实验室.jpgMoving forward, Baotian will actively seek potential collaboration opportunities—such as technical exchanges, joint R&D, and the practical application of research findings—leveraging Macau’s role as a platform connecting the mainland with overseas markets to expand international engagement channels within the broad health sector.
