Starting August 29, 2026, the Macao SAR Government organized a joint business delegation—adopting a "pooling resources to venture abroad" strategy—to deeply engage with ASEAN markets. Chief Executive Sam Hou Fai led a trade and economic delegation representing Macao, Hengqin, and the Mainland on visits to Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Baotian'an, as a representative enterprise of the Macao-Hengqin big health industry, was invited to join the delegation and participated throughout the series of trade promotion and business exchange events across the three countries.
Singapore was the first stop of this international visit, where Baotian accompanied the delegation to the Macao Economic, Trade, Tourism, and Investment Promotion Seminar held on August 31. At the event, the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute and the Macao Government Tourism Office introduced Macao’s Third Five-Year Plan and the policy benefits of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In深度 Cooperation Zone to the Singaporean business community. They comprehensively showcased Macao’s advantages as an international platform connecting the mainland with the rest of the world, thereby building an efficient bridge for enterprises from Macao and Hengqin to connect with Southeast Asian markets.

As a key economy within ASEAN, Singapore boasts a mature market for health and nutrition products, driven by strong consumer demand for high-quality dietary nutrition and home health-care solutions. During this overseas business trip, Baotian'an gained firsthand insights into the local health industry's development and consumer trends. The company explored pathways for introducing its probiotics and nutritional products—designed for all age groups—into the ASEAN market via cross-border channels, while actively seeking new opportunities for multi-dimensional collaboration in areas such as joint channel development, scientific research partnerships, and supply chain integration.
With years of deep engagement in Macau’s health and nutrition research sector, Baotian has consistently focused on the nutritional and health needs of people across all age groups, leveraging scientific research to drive product innovation. Joining the SAR delegation’s visit to Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia marks a significant step in the brand’s international expansion strategy. Following the successful conclusion of the Singapore leg, Baotian—as part of the delegation—will proceed to Jakarta, Indonesia, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for business engagements. These visits aim to deepen the understanding of market demands across ASEAN nations, foster exchanges between the brand and the health industries of Southeast Asia, and facilitate the global expansion of the Macau-Hengqin health industry, ultimately creating a mutually beneficial landscape for industrial development.
